Well, I finally put down my other projects to finish up this one:
Pattern: Toe up, Welt Fantastic stitch pattern from Sensational Knitted Socks, and the Widdershin heel = Blue Welts
Yarn: Cherry Tree Hill Blue/Green (I’m in love with this color – it looks just like the ocean)
Needles: U.S. size 0, wooden circulars
Notes: I know that some popular patterns (Jaywalkers, Monkeys) are tight as you pull them on but people seem to get over it. These are the same way, but I’m not sure I could get over it. I have high arches so perhaps that makes it more of a problem? Perhaps I should not be giving a lot of thought to this seeing as it is such a minor issue in life. Doesn’t really matter since I’m giving these to a friend in exchange for the yummy honey she and her family collect. Or just to be nice. I hope she likes them!
I’m sleepy and not up for a proper blog posting AND I’m taking the whole darn week off so I hope you all have a fun and filling Thanksgiving holiday. I hope to be doing a lot of knitting at my family’s house in Delaware (yup, I’m a first stater!) so I plan on giving a decent update when I get back. Get ready.

They do look like the blue/greens that you see in the water.
I used to scuba dive and the one thing I miss is being surrounded by all the beautiful colors. I hope y’all have a great Thanksgiving!
